Yes. Our address: Çam Sokak No:26 A/B, Merter, Güngören / Istanbul. Opening hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–19:00, Saturday 08:30–14:00.

There is no minimum order amount. You can order even a single pack (5 pieces of the same model in the same colour).

No. Each pack is shipped with the size assortment stated on the product page (for example 2S-2M-1L or standard).

Yes, we produce under your own brand. Label changes may incur an extra charge. Write to us on WhatsApp for details.

For orders within Türkiye, payment is made by credit card on our website. Payments are secured by PayTR. Depending on the amount, up to 4 interest-free instalments are available.

Shipping within Türkiye is currently free. Orders placed by 16:00 are handed over to Aras Kargo the same day.

Yes. We hand over the products in Istanbul to the cargo or logistics company you work with, and they deliver them to your country.

You can place your order on WhatsApp in Turkish, English, Arabic or Russian. You can pay us by bank transfer or pay the cargo company you work with; when we hand the products over to that company, we receive the payment from them. We issue your invoice.

Returns and exchanges are not possible in wholesale. Defective items caused by us are accepted; they must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. After reporting, you can bring the item back at a time that suits you.

Yes. All domestic and international orders are invoiced.
