At ORFEONEGRO, we work to deliver your orders quickly, safely and completely.

📦 Order Preparation and Handover to the Carrier
Orders placed by 16:00 on business days are handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are handed over to the carrier on the next business day. For custom production orders, the delivery time is communicated separately.

🚚 Shipping Within Türkiye
Orders within Türkiye are shipped with Aras Kargo. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number is sent to you.

🧾 Shipping Fee
For the time being, the shipping fee within Türkiye is covered by our company.

📍 Delivery Time
Deliveries within İstanbul are usually made within 1 business day, and deliveries to other cities within 2-4 business days. In the event of delays caused by the shipping company, we do our best to support you.

🌍 International Shipping
For international orders, we deliver the products in İstanbul to the cargo or logistics company you work with. You can make the payment to us by bank transfer or through the cargo company you work with. The delivery time and cost to your country depend on the terms of the cargo company you work with. 📦 Damage and Missing Items Check
Please check your package upon delivery. Do not accept damaged packages; return them by having the courier draw up an official report. You must notify us of any missing or damaged products noticed after receipt within 3 business days at the latest.
