Your access to this website and placing an order mean that you accept the ORFEONEGRO Terms of Service set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Since 2007, ORFEONEGRO has been operating in the wholesale women's clothing sector, based in Merter, İstanbul. The products offered through our website are intended solely for wholesale purposes, for store owners and commercial buyers.

2. Order and Product Information

• All products are subject to stock availability. Confirmation of your order depends on stock status.

• We strive to present product images as close to reality as possible; however, slight differences in tone may occur due to factors such as lighting and screen settings.

• Order confirmation becomes valid once payment has been received.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in TL (Turkish lira) (unless otherwise specified).

• For orders within Türkiye, payments are received by credit card through our website (secured by PayTR). For international orders, payment is made by bank transfer or through the cargo company the buyer works with.

• Products are not shipped until the full order amount has been paid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders placed by 16:00 on business days are handed over to the carrier on the same day; orders placed after 16:00 are handed over to the carrier on the next business day.

• For the time being, the shipping fee within Türkiye is covered by ORFEONEGRO. Delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's region.

• For international orders, products are delivered in İstanbul to the cargo or logistics company the buyer works with; the delivery time and cost to the destination country depend on that company's terms.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are not accepted except for defective products or products with manufacturing faults.

• Defective products must be reported within 3 business days at the latest from the delivery of the product.

• Presentation of the invoice is mandatory during the return/exchange process.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the website belongs to ORFEONEGRO. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

• Our product designs are protected by copyright, and our legal rights against unauthorized imitation and use are reserved.

7. Data Security

• Your customer information is protected under our privacy policy and is not shared with third parties.

• Our website is protected by an SSL certificate and offers a secure shopping experience.

8. Right to Amend

ORFEONEGRO reserves the right to update the terms of service. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
